Brian Bush has been helping clients fight for justice from day one as an attorney. Before opening his own practice, Brian worked at a highly regarded law firm in Los Angeles representing plaintiffs in a variety of legal matters including civil rights, police misconduct, traumatic brain injury, wrongful death, employment discrimination, right of publicity, and mesothelioma cases. Over the span of six years Brian’s work was instrumental in securing over $10,000,000 in recovery for his clients. Brian also served with a team of lawyers representing a group of foreign national victims of terrorism in a case before the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. These deserving victims were recently awarded damages in excess of $500,000,000 for the horrific injuries and losses they suffered.
Brian has been selected to Southern California Super Lawyers® Rising Stars for seven years running, 2017-2023, an honor reserved for just 2.5% of qualified practicing attorneys in the state.
Brian is a proud graduate of Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, class of 2013. While in law school he competed on Loyola's exclusive Byrne Trial Advocacy Team, and received First Honors in Advanced Trial Advocacy, Cross Examination and White Collar Crimes.
Brian is admitted to the State Bar of California, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of California.
